NO FRENUM PIERCING NEEDED; Sterilized 10g, 5 8" 10 PA Barbell w 10G Frenum Hoop. Nose Top ball is 6 mm NIS26 VM, Box5 9 Top ball is 6 mm because the smaller ball will pull the barbell down and it will faster migrate so the 6 mm ball on the top will keep it balance in the VCH piercing By the way if you need more shorter like 6mm (We do not advise you to use 6mm length because the barbell is heavy so it will migrate your piercing so quick) or longer barbell like 10mm You can also use the 10g ring for the 10g Frenum piercing without the PA The Ball between the Curve Barbell and the Frenum Hoop is captive so you can take it out or put it back when needed Sterilized Surgical Steel 10g5 8" PA Curve Barbell with 10g 1 1 4" FRENUM CAPTIVE HOOP
